A 4–7-day journey from Tartu to the Old Believer villages of Lake Peipsi and the Seto homeland near the southern border. Samovar tea, smokehouse fish and polyphonic leelo singing bring the region's living cultures close.

Along Lake Peipsi, Estonia's inland sea, you visit Russian Old Believer prayer houses, walk long village streets and taste onions and smoked fish beside the water.

Q01Is this trip mostly about food?
Food is its thread — Peipsi fish and onions, Seto sõir, Tartu's cafés — but the deeper draw is the people. The route is built around tables where someone tells you what you are eating and why it matters here.
Q02Can it be timed to a Seto feast day?
Often, yes. The Seto calendar carries village feast days through the warm season, and Seto Kingdom Day crowns it in early August. Tell me your dates and I will check what the villages are celebrating.
Q03When is it confirmed?
After you share your dates. I then confirm the stays, hosts and farm-table days before the itinerary is final.
