Enter Voronja Gallery, where a new curated exhibition fills an old village home each summer and contemporary artists respond to life on Estonia's eastern shore.
The experience
Voronja Gallery opened in an old Varnja fisherman's house and changes its exhibition every summer. Contemporary work moves through domestic rooms and into the sculpture garden, while village life continues immediately outside the gate.
That friction is the point. Lake Peipsi is home to inherited religious and food traditions, but it is also a place where artists and gallerists make new culture now.

The main exhibition is seasonal, but the gallerists also receive prebooked groups for conversations and sculpture-garden visits at other times.
Each season has a new curator and theme. The setting keeps the encounter tied to Varnja, while the art may open a wider question.
