Q01Is this the same as stopping at roadside viewpoints?
No. The walk uses an authorized trail such as Cañón del Paso to enter the formations rather than only photographing them from Route 68.
Q02Do we need a guide?
For the more complex canyon routes I use a local guide who knows access, weather and fragile surfaces.
