The Damara Living Museum is a community-run school where hosts demonstrate blacksmithing, leatherwork, jewellery, fire-making, games and plant knowledge.
Participation matters more than performance: the visit supports the people teaching these skills while placing Damara history in the same landscape as Twyfelfontein.

It is a purpose-built educational museum and communal enterprise, not a claim that Damara families live outside contemporary Namibia.
Yes. The combined programme is the strongest format when heat, walking ability and the museum's current schedule allow it.
