Work with clay beside a 160-year-old farmstead in Vanaküla, making one useful object while forest, chickens and the old summer kitchen keep the experience rooted in rural Lahemaa.
The experience
At Laane farm in Vanaküla, clay is worked outside by the forest or on the old summer-kitchen terrace when weather closes in. The setting matters: this is a practicing maker's rural home, not an interchangeable city studio.
Each traveler forms one bowl, cup or dish. The ceramicist completes the firing and chosen glaze later, turning a quiet afternoon in Lahemaa into an object that can return home.
