The experience
The Mary Magdalene Guild is a community of working studios rather than a display of finished souvenirs. A prearranged session opens one practice in depth, whether shaping clay, cutting glass, binding paper or working with textile and metal.
The craft is chosen around the right practitioner, not forced into a generic activity menu. That makes the encounter personal and gives the maker room to explain the judgment behind the material.
