Hiiumaa experience
Follow Kõpu, Ristna and Tahkuna around Hiiumaa's outer capes, climbing where access allows to see how three different towers read the Baltic's shoals, storms and shipping routes.
The experience
Kõpu rises from a forested ridge far inland, while Ristna and Tahkuna stand nearer exposed capes. Together they explain the island's position among shallow banks, changing channels and the storms that made navigation around Hiiumaa dangerous.
Driving all three creates more than a checklist. Each tower opens a different coast, and the roads between them pass through the forest and sparse settlements that define the island.
